What licensing and insurance does Nusite Group carry?

What traffic coating systems and materials do you use?
System selection depends on traffic type, exposure and substrate condition. For vehicular areas such as parking decks and ramps, traffic coatings are built up in layers: primer, base waterproofing membrane, a wearing course with broadcast aggregate for slip resistance, and a topcoat. Depending on the application, we install polyurethane, epoxy and methyl methacrylate (MMA) systems. Pedestrian systems are specified separately for walkways, balconies and plaza decks.
Concrete repairs, crack treatment and detailing at drains, joints and upturns are completed before the coating is applied, so the system is not installed over deteriorated concrete.
How are warranties handled on traffic coating projects?
Warranty coverage depends on the system specified, the manufacturer’s requirements and the project scope. Warranty terms are reviewed with the owner, general contractor or consultant during pricing so they align with the project specification.
Do you provide inspections and maintenance for existing traffic coatings?
Yes. We provide inspections and condition assessments of existing traffic coating systems, along with repairs to worn or damaged areas and recoating. Regular inspection of high-wear zones such as drive aisles, ramps, turning areas and drains helps identify deterioration before water reaches the concrete and reinforcing steel.
